Each Ark shepherd hut is individually created to your own brief and specification, making every one unique. All our huts are fully insulated and double glazed. Whilst the final price will depend on a number of variables - dimension, number and size of windows and doors, external cladding, internal fit-out, decoration and finish - the following is a useful pricing guide:
For a basic 8ft x 12ft hut (including one stable door, two windows, engineered oak floor and bead and butt internal wall cladding), prices start from £17,500
For longer huts (to a maximum of 20ft) each additional foot costs £1,100

Our larger 9ft x 12ft huts start from £20,000, with each additional foot in length (to a maximum of 20ft) costing £1,275
